Super Best Friends aims to provide children with a fun, exciting and supportive setting to develop their soccer skills. As our name suggests, we don’t just train future stars — we create a space where kids can learn, play, grow, and make current friends.

Our mission is to focus equally on skill development, healthy interactions, social confidence, and a friendly team atmosphere on and off the field.

We are now seeking an experienced Lead Soccer Coach who is passionate about working with young children and confident running engaging, high-energy sessions.

What’s Involved?
Lead and deliver our soccer programs for children aged 1.5 to 7 years old
Saturday sessions in Kensington (2033) from 9:15 am – 12:15 pm
Sunday sessions in Epping (2121) from 7:45 am – 10:15 am
Run fun, structured classes and work closely with the Director of Super Best Friends
Create innovative and engaging games suitable for a range of abilities
Support children’s development across motor skills, confidence, teamwork and listening skills

We Are Looking For…

Essential
5+ years of solid experience working with children under 7 years old
Confidence managing groups and handling different child behaviours
Strong communication skills, especially with parents
Ability to lead classes independently and use initiative
Professional, punctual and reliable
Must have a car
Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Desirable
Ability to design creative games and session plans
Coaching background, ideally with younger age groups
First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
