What You’ll Do:




Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for lunch and dinner service according to menu standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant kitchen work areas (HACCP/food safety standards).
Assist with stock management, prep lists, and minimizing food waste.
Bring energy and consistency during busy peak trade times.

What We’re Looking For:
Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience).
Solid experience in a busy kitchen workplace (pub, tavern, or bistro experience highly regarded).
Solid work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive team mindset.
Passion for good food and high standards of cleanliness.
