The Trade Coast Hotel is looking for a Full time permanent chef at Sous Chef level.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
Excellent technical knowledge and experience across a range of cooking techniques and style
Minimum 1–3 years' relevant experience
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards
Sound understanding of food safety standards and OH&S;
A CV with professional referees, including current email addresses and phone numbers
Adaptable availability across a 7-day/night roster
