About the Role

Kwik Kopy Pakenham is opening a brand-current Centre, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to run our print floor. You’ll oversee workflow, maintain top-tier quality, and ensure smooth production from pre-press through to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily print production schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
Manage digital print, wide format, finishing, and end-to-end workflow.
Maintain strict quality control, including accurate colour management from file to print.
Oversee stock levels of substrates, paper, inks, and finishing consumables.
Coordinate with sales, finishing, packing, and courier teams.
Provide technical support to ensure excellent customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with production-level Digital Presses and Wide Format Printers.
Solid pre-press skills: file imposition, RIP management, and Adobe Suite preferred.




Expertise across finishing equipment (guillotine, laminating, binding, folding, etc.).
Exceptional organization, time management, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
A proactive problem-solver who maintains equipment and eliminates bottlenecks.
Confident communicator who can step in and support sales when needed.
