We are seeking a full-time Building Associate/Supervisor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist with supervising construction sites and coordinating the labour, materials and resources required to support the efficient delivery of building projects.
The Role:
As our Building Associate, you will support the day-to-day supervision and coordination of construction activities, ensuring site works, labour, subcontractors, materials and project requirements are organised in accordance with plans, specifications, safety requirements and project schedules.
Responsibilities:
Assist with supervising day-to-day construction activities across project sites.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, plant and equipment required for scheduled works.
Review and interpret building plans, drawings and specifications to support site delivery.
Monitor site progress and assist in ensuring works are completed in accordance with project schedules.
Coordinate the delivery and allocation of construction materials and equipment to site.
Requirements/Skills Qualification:
Relevant qualification
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in building construction, site coordination or construction supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple site activities.
Knowledge of construction safety, quality and compliance requirements.
