We are now looking for a Bakery manager to join our wonderful team.

The role:

You’ll be the go-to person running the day-to-day of our bakery, front of house primarily & some oversight of back of house- making sure the team runs smoothly, customers are happy, and the shop is spotless and well-organised. You’ll work closely with the owners and have real input into how we grow.

What you’ll be doing
Overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations day to day (NOT BAKING, this is not a trade qualified role)
Creating and managing staff rosters
Managing ordering and stock levels
Handling day-to-day admin.
Leading, training, and inspiring a small team
Making coffee, you’ll need solid barista skills and be happy on the machine




Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Being a hands-on presence on the floor, not just behind a desk

What we’re looking for
3+ years’ experience in hospitality, ideally with team leadership experience
Experience doing rosters and managing staff
Confident, experienced barista
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Energetic, positive, hands-on attitude
Someone who genuinely wants to be part of a small family business and help it grow , not just clock in and out
Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable taking ownership
