Volcano's Steakhouse is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pan & Larder Chef to join our growing kitchen team.

We're excited to be opening our brand new Werribee restaurant in mid August, and we're looking for passionate chefs to be part of the opening team.

Please note: All interviews, trials, and training will take place at our Epping, VIC restaurant. Successful applicants will be based in Epping until the Werribee restaurant opens, at which point they will be transferred to our brand new Werribee location.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
Expertise in preparing high-quality larder and pan dishes, including appetizers,



salads, burgers, and pastas.
A proven track record of producing exceptional food in a fast-paced kitchen.
Solid teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly alongside both front and back of house.
The ability to motivate, train, and support fellow team members.
Excellent preparation skills, attention to recipes, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
A genuine passion for outstanding food, consistency, and delivering an outstanding dining experience.
