Key Requirements & What We Look For

· Availability & Shift Flexibility:
Must have solid ongoing availability across mornings, afternoons, night shifts, and sleepovers.
Prefers a fixed roster and consistent work schedule to help balance outside commitments.

· Core Care Capabilities:
Solid work ethic and a passion for delivering dignified personal care (including bathing, toileting, and showering) for individuals with special needs.
Experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
Energy and motivation to engage clients in active pursuits—such as swimming and brisk walking—including participating alongside them when required.
A preference for building meaningful, regular relationships by working with the same consistent clients.





· Essential Compliance & Transport:
Valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable car.
Current (or willingness to obtain) Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
Current (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
