Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking experienced workshop Boilermakers for a long-term prospect at our client’s modern facility in Henderson. This is your chance to secure steady hours, excellent conditions, and be part of a team producing high-quality mining and defence assets.
About the Role
We’re looking for trade-qualified Boilermakers to join a well-established team in a fully equipped Henderson workshop. You’ll be involved in the fabrication of fixed plant equipment for mining and oil & gas sectors, working in a safety-focused and supportive setting.
Fabrication of structural steel and heavy-duty components
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and general housekeeping
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately
Maintain high safety standards at all times
Opportunity to work 10–11-hour shifts, Mon -Fri
Optional weekend work available
Consistent 50–60 hours per week

Work independently or collaboratively in a small team
Regular, reliable position with consistent workload
$250.00 sign-up bonus for successful candidates upon completion of two months of employment.
What You’ll Bring
Australian recognised Trade certificate
Recent workshop fabrication experience
Ability to confidently read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
