RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
Manage effective and secure operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest food hygiene and customer service standards are maintained.
Be a role model to other staff in your dealings with customers; be polite to them, serve them with a smile and make them feel welcome.
Ensure a professional and positive attitude at all times in your dealings with staff, customers and suppliers.
Maintain a neat, skilled appearance at all times and deals with dress issues as they arise, ensuring the reputation of the business is maintained.
Be proactive, anticipate and manage staff and work to be performed before it is required.
Ensure restaurant and surroundings are clean at all times and maintained at a hygienic standards.
Ensure an in depth knowledge of food and beverage menu and options is maintained.

STAFF MANAGEMENT
Create and maintain a positive and performance culture in the team.
Lead by example in your actions and ensure your presentation is impeccable. Ensure staff meet the same standards.
Ensure all staff provide excellent customer service and proactively ensure customers are satisfied

Pay: $26.44 – $47.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
