Willow RV is a Recreational Vehicle manufacturing business located in Pakenham. Willow RV manufactures caravans and motorhomes for the Australian market.

Hours

This is a Full Time position working a minimum of 38 hours a week:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm

The Role

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to fulfill the role of Store Person. The role encompasses purchasing, goods dispatch/receiving and stock control etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy loads regularly.
Computer Literacy: Moderate computer skills
Licensing: A valid forklift and driver licence is essential.
Attention to Detail: Precision in cross-referencing purchase orders/invoices and maintaining stock
Effective verbal and communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to work within timelines and schedules
An eye for detail

Job Overview

Receiving and Unloading
Unloading delivery trucks and transport vehicles.
Inspecting goods for damage, defects, or missing items.




Checking delivered items against invoices, purchase orders, or delivery notes.
Signing for incoming shipments and reporting discrepancies to suppliers.

Stock, Storing and Inventory Control
Placing stock into designated shelf, bin, or floor locations.
Conducting regular stocktakes and maintaining stock levels to ensure production runs smoothly.
Ordering stock via purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and or their representatives.

Order Collection and Dispatch
Packing and weighing small and large goods securely for transport.
Loading outgoing vehicles safely for delivery.
Preparing shipping documentation and coordinating with transport drivers.
Collecting/delivering caravan manufacturing components to external parties.

Safety and Maintenance
Operating forklift.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work workplace.
