Life Quality Supports (LQS) is looking for reliable, caring Casual Support Workers to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across the Orange NSW area.

Work 1:1 with participants providing personal care, community access, and daily living support

Pay above the SCHADS Award, based on your qualifications and experience

What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
Reliability — we need people who show up and follow through
Own vehicle, current driver's licence, and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
Current:
First Aid & CPR certificate




Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Previous study or support work experience is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude matters most

Pay: $36.00 – $45.00 per hour
