About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join Sodexo's small corporate team in a highly regarded pharmaceutical company based in Melbourne. You will coordinate front of house operations and provide exemplary customer service.

Key responsibilities
Greeting internal and external clients
Managing visitor records
Meeting room bookings
Assisting with facilitating catering
Working with mailroom processes
AV/VC support
Maintaining staff areas

About you
Previous customer facing experience in a qualified setting dealing with clients in a confident manner
Background may include experience in corporate catering or 5 star hotel operation
Solid Microsoft office skills
Enthusiasm in learning current systems
Bright, happy personality that will thrive in a busy team
