Process Worker – Poultry Processing PlantPosition Summary

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Process Workers to join our poultry processing plant in Galston . We have couple of casual positions available to support our growing operation during a busy production period.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform poultry processing and production tasks in accordance with company procedures

· Processing and slaughtering ,shackling, unloading ,crates washing removing feathers, internal organs and residual material.washing,moving chicken into cool room,

· Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety at all times.

· Follow HACCP, quality assurance, and workplace health and safety requirements.

· Inspect products for quality, presentation, weight, and compliance with specifications.

· Identify and report damaged, contaminated, or non-conforming products.

· Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the shift.

· Clean and sanitise equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas as required.

· Handle poultry products and materials safely to minimise waste and maintain product quality.





· Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

· Follow supervisor instructions and company policies and procedures.

· Perform other reasonable production duties as directed by management.

Skills and Experience

· Previous experience in food processing, poultry processing, manufacturing, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential.

· Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment.

· Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

· Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and food safety requirements.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Reliable, punctual, and willing to work rostered shifts.

Pay: $26.44 – $38.06 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
