Got an eye for detail and experience in quality, compliance or food safety?

Our client is a well-established Australian-owned food processing business looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to help keep quality, food safety and compliance standards on track.

The Role:
You'll work across the operation, including production, warehouse and dispatch, ensuring processes are followed and documentation is accurate and audit-ready.

Your responsibilities will include:
Quality, hygiene and food safety inspections
Maintaining HACCP, quality and compliance documentation
Preparing for internal, external and customer audits
Managing non-conformances and corrective actions
Checking product, packaging, labels and traceability
Supporting WHS and compliance requirements
Developing and updating SOPs, work instructions and checklists
Assisting with supplier,



logistics and fleet compliance

About You

You'll ideally have experience in QA, food safety, compliance or operational administration, preferably within food manufacturing, meat processing, warehousing or another regulated setting.

You'll also bring:
Exceptional attention to detail
Robust documentation and organisational skills
Experience supporting audits and compliance programs
A proactive, problem-solving approach
Solid communication and Microsoft Office skills

HACCP, food safety, WHS or internal auditing experience will be highly regarded.
