Catering Assistant

$27.09 per hour + Super + Leave Benefits
Two days a week, with possible option to increase days and hours
Tuesday and Thursday 9am till 2.30 pm initially
Work during school hours and have all school holidays off

Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels.

THE POSITION
Assisting with food preparation and presentation.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Supporting the setup and pack down of dining and hospitality functions.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Working collaboratively with the wider catering team to deliver an outstanding service.

THE PERSON
Have previous experience in hospitality, catering,



food service, or customer service (desirable but not essential).
Possess a positive, can-do attitude and a solid work ethic.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
Be reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Hold a current Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
