Statewide FM provides Building Maintenance Services to businesses across Australia, and we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Part-Time Admin / Office Allrounder to join our growing team.

This is a varied role, with a main focus on lead generation, marketing and social media, along with general office and administrative support across the business.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:
Following up and managing leads and new enquiries
Assisting with marketing and social media
Creating and scheduling social media content
Looking for opportunities to generate new business
Answering phones and emails
Assisting with jobs, scheduling and general administration
Communicating with clients, technicians and contractors
Assisting with contractor sourcing and compliance
Updating jobs and information in Simpro
General office and business support

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
Energetic, positive and reliable
Creative and interested in marketing and social media
Confident communicating with people




Organised and able to multitask
Proactive and willing to get involved
Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems
A quick learner with a can-do attitude

Marketing, social media, administration or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. Simpro experience is also beneficial but can be taught.

You don’t need to know everything! We’re looking for the right attitude and someone who is willing to learn and grow with our team.
