Looking for a switched-on handyman/woman with their own tools to carry out general repairs across homes and units, including the following:
Correct installation of hollow internal and solid external doors with deadlatch or entrance lock sets
Sash window repairs
Glass putty for glass replacements on timber windows
Repairing loose door hinges
Repairing/replacing locks
Post digging to accommodate concrete and installation of rotary or fold-down clotheslines
Sourcing the right materials and providing receipts for reimbursements
Taking photos of completed work on a timestamped app
Adhering to the correct hours estimated to carry out the work
Providing detailed information on quoted jobs
Repairing damaged cabinets or replacing drawer bases, shelving, and rails
Repair/replacement of toilet seats
Replacement of glass sliding door rollers, including the additional work required to remove and reinstall the door
Replacement of sliding door rollers on all types of doors (cavity, surface-hung, wardrobe, flyscreen, and more)




Replacement of mesh on flyscreens
Must also know how to paint when needed, such as painting a door along all edges including the face of the door, using the correct paint and applying sufficient coverage and coats

Requirements:
Must be respectful and maintain cleanliness on all jobs
Must be able to communicate effectively with company staff
Must keep client interaction minimal to avoid confusion or misleading information
Must ask before committing to any additional or untold work
Must be willing to strive and grow with the company
Must be punctual and honest at all times

Additional:
Fuel and tolls will be paid once receipts are provided
Materials will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts
Payday is every second Friday

Work is available with adaptable schedule depending on workload.

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
