Right Connect is currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators to join a busy extrusion facility operating across rotating shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a quick-paced production setting and are committed to safety and quality.

About the Position

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production operations while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. You will contribute to efficient manufacturing processes and work collaboratively within a team-focused setting.

Your Key Duties
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with site procedures and safety guidelines
Ensure finished products meet quality specifications and packaging requirements
Meet daily production targets and delivery deadlines
Undertake training to develop multi-skilled capabilities across the site
Actively support and promote workplace health and safety initiatives




Take responsibility for personal safety and contribute to maintaining high Safety, Health & Environmental standards

Essential Skills & Experience
Sound understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to work independently across rotating shifts
Proven ability to work effectively within a team
Basic knowledge of quality control principles

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Exposure to automated or process-driven machinery
Strong problem-solving abilities
Current forklift licence
Experience in material handling
Basic computer skills

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants must be willing to complete and pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including Recent use drug and alcohol screening.
