About the role

This is an excellent chance to kick-start your career in a energetic and growing accounting firm. In this junior, entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team and clients. We would consider both full time (Monday - Friday) or 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday), with set hours of 8:45am - 5pm each work day at our office in Beaconsfield.

As this role is ideally suited to an entry-level applicant, junior award wages apply.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team member
Providing general administrative support, including appointment setting, filing, database management and document preparation
Maintaining a well-organised and presentable reception and office space
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
