We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join our cafe team!

Position: Barista/All rounder

Employment Type: Casual / Part-time / Full-time
Location: Labrador

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
Operate and maintain the coffee machine and grinder
Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service
Prepare cold drinks, smoothies, and other cafe beverages as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
Restock coffee, milk, cups, and other supplies
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Assist the team with general cafe duties when required

Requirements:




Previous barista or cafe experience preferred
Positive knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Positive attitude and strong team-work skills
Ability to work independently when required
Weekend availability is an advantage
