About the role

Tyrepower Labrador is growing, and we're looking for another person to join our Truck & Fleet Service team. Depending on your experience, you'll work across truck and commercial tyre fitting, fleet servicing, roadside and on-site breakdown work, and passenger, 4WD and light commercial tyre fitting. While previous truck tyre fitting experience is highly regarded, we're opening this chance to a wider range of applicants. If you're mechanically minded, reliable, physically capable, comfortable working around trucks and heavy vehicles and willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities
Truck and commercial tyre fitting
Fleet tyre inspections and servicing
Roadside and on-site breakdown work
Tyre repairs
Wheel changes and rotations
Checking tyre pressures and condition
Identifying irregular tyre wear
Passenger, 4WD and light commercial tyre fitting
Maintaining service equipment and vehicles
Providing professional service to fleet customers

About you
Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
Good mechanical aptitude
Willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work independently once trained




Commitment to workplace safety
Good communication skills
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Current driver's licence
An MR or HR licence is highly regarded but not essential

Benefits
$36–$42 per hour + overtime, depending on experience
$2,000 sign-on bonus payable after successfully completing the applicable qualifying period
