What you need to apply:
Experience supporting people with disabilities in home and the community
Cert III in Individual Support or relevant experience
Driver's License and reliable vehicle
First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Overview of the role:
Provide day-to-day support to people with a disability
Assist individuals to undertake a range of activities of daily living, including personal and self care when required
Work effectively with people who have high physical needs and/or behaviours of concern
Be able to understand and action specific requirements listed in behaviour support plans as required




Maintain shift notes, documentation and required records
Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities
Support people within both group settings and 1-on-1 arrangements.
