Machine Operator – Manufacturing

About the Role

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery and presses, ensuring equipment is set up correctly and production runs smoothly.

Your duties will include:
Operating manufacturing machinery and presses
Setting up and adjusting machinery for production
Monitoring machine performance and product quality
Working with mechanical components, including bearings
Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments
Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance




Following safety and production procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working as part of a supportive production team

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience operating, setting and adjusting machinery or presses
Basic mechanical aptitude
Experience working with mechanical components such as bearings
Positive attention to detail
Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
