Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Set and monitor sales targets, revenue and performance.
Develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
Identify new markets and business development opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
Lead and support sales and marketing teams to achieve performance objectives.
Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field is desirable.
Previous experience in sales and marketing management.
Strong experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Robust analytical, leadership and business development skills.
Experience in retail, jewellery or luxury goods is highly desirable.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
