Caffe Cherry Beans, Glenmore Park is looking for a Casual Cook.

Requirements for this role
Versatile availability - one Weekend must.
1 year of relevant work experience in busy commercial kitchen

Must be available to work versatile roster Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-3:00pm.(kitchen closes at 2pm)

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service periods
Maintain food presentation, portion control and quality standards
Support menu consistency with recipes and procedures
Assist with daily prep, stock rotation and ordering
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and secure food handling at all times
Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management teams

Skills and experience
Previous experience as a cafe or short-order cook (minimum 1 year preferred)
Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders at once
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and mornings
