Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing (All-Rounder Role)

Our client in Campbellfield produces fresh products with high food safety standards.

They are currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in an all-rounder role on the day shift 6am-2pm

This is a hands-on position where you’ll work across multiple areas of production—not just on machines. If you’re adaptable, reliable, and experienced in food manufacturing, this role offers variety and responsibility in a cooperative workplace.

Key responsibilities
Operating mixing and filling-line machinery
Setting up and assembling production equipment
Preparing ingredients and following recipes accurately
Packing and checking finished products
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
Completing batch records and ensuring traceability




Supporting production across multiple functions as required

What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing (essential)
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to multitask and work across different production areas
Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
Comfortable working in a small, rapid-paced environment

Food Handling/Safety qualification preferred but not essential
