What you will be doing:

As a Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will be performing installs, services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
Providing exceptional customer service!

What we are looking for:
Qualified Plumber
Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc) - desirable but not essential
Solid fault finding and diagnostic skills
Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve effective issue resolution
Great communication and customer service skills
Full Australian drivers licence
