Wellness Sanctuary is an integrative health clinic helping clients restore energy, function and wellbeing through structured, personalised programs. We've recently moved into our recent purpose-built premises at Pivotal Point in Southport, and we're looking for a warm, organised Health Concierge to be the face of the clinic and the person our clients trust from their first phone call onward.

No formal health qualification is required. What matters is your attitude, your care for people, and your willingness to learn.

What you'll do
Welcome clients in person, by phone and by email, and set the tone for their whole experience
Manage bookings, schedules and client records accurately
Guide clients through their program journey — explaining what's next, keeping them engaged, and helping them stay on track
Confidently and honestly discuss our services and programs so clients understand what's available to them
Prepare treatment rooms and support patient flow across the clinic




Keep the clinic running smoothly through a busy day

What we're looking for
Genuine compassion, and satisfaction that comes from helping others
Excellent phone manner and confident face-to-face communication
Comfortable recommending services to assist our clients
Solid organisation and attention to detail under pressure
Reliable, team-oriented and open to feedback
Experience in customer service, reception, client care or sales (preferred, not essential)
Interest in health and wellness

About the role setting

This is an active, hands-on role in a multi-room clinic. You'll be on your feet for much of your shift — walking between treatment rooms, escorting clients, preparing equipment and moving light items. A reasonable level of physical fitness and mobility is needed to perform these duties comfortably.
