What will you do:
Prepare and cook fresh seafood and menu items to our high standards.
Assist with food preparation and general kitchen duties.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen.
Work as part of a team during busy service periods.

What do you need:




Previous kitchen experience (working with seafood highly regarded)
Familiar with operating grills and fryers
Passion for food and a willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills
Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
RSA Certificate preferred (not essential)
Food Safety Certificate
