Preferred Requirements
Proven experience supervising commercial construction sites & managing trades teams
Solid knowledge of construction safety standards, site protocols,



and compliance requirements
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage timelines effectively
Transparent communication skills and experience liaising with builders, clients, and subcontractors
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions on site

Preferred Qualifications
Formal construction or trade qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience
Current White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety certification
Supervisory or leadership qualification, or demonstrated experience in a supervisory role
