About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Childcare Trainee to join our passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to begin their career in Early Childhood Education while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You will learn on the job from experienced educators, gain practical skills, and be supported with mentoring throughout your studies.

What You’ll Do
Assist in delivering engaging learning experiences for children aged 0–5.
Support educators with daily routines, play-based learning, and group activities.
Help maintain a secure, clean, and positive setting.
Build robust relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Learn about child development, safety regulations, and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
