Fraser Coast Regional Council in Hervey Bay is seeking a Team Leader to provide frontline leadership to a field-based works team delivering scheduled and reactive road construction and maintenance activities.

This hands-on role supports the Supervisor through in office coordination, technical guidance and robust safety leadership to ensure works are delivered on time, to specification and to Council standards.
