A global energy and infrastructure business is seeking a skilled Project Finance skilled to join their Sydney-based team. This role will lead project and structured financing activities Australia wide working closely with debt and equity providers to support financing, investment, and M&A; transactions and help maintain third party financing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain complex financial models to support project development, financing, and investment decisions
Support debt financing solutions for renewable energy and energy storage projects
Contribute to M&A; activities, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
Support broader finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Maintain robust relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders

About You




8+ years' experience in project finance, corporate finance, and/or M&A; / divestment
Advanced financial modelling — PE-grade skills, with the ability to build complex models (three-statement, LBO/project finance structures, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
Prior exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or utility-scale project financing highly regarded
Experience with debt financing, bank models, or transaction due diligence
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering
Full working rights in Australia required
