About the role

As the AV Account Manager the position focuses on both growing existing accounts and winning current business across Perth and Western Australia.

You’ll work with integrators, contractors, consultants, dealers and end users, developing relationships from early project engagement through to specification, conversion and ongoing account growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Grow existing accounts and increase share
Identify and convert recent customers, projects and channel opportunities
Build relationships with AV integrators, consultants, contractors and end users
Develop opportunities from early project identification through to commercial conversion
Sell solutions based on customer requirements rather than simply individual products
Coordinate technical, product and vendor specialists throughout the sales process





Requirements for this role
Proven B2B Account Management or Business Development experience within Commercial AV is strongly preferred
Communications technology , building automation or related technical markets will also be considered
Experience selling through integrators, contractors, dealers or similar channel partners
Demonstrated ability to develop new business rather than purely manage existing accounts
Strong understanding of project-based or solution-selling environments
Ability to engage effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders

Negotiable around $115k + Super + Car Allowance + Commission + Bonus
