Kencor Doveton supplies fasteners, sealants and other essential building products to construction, engineering and trade customers across Victoria.

Established in 1992, we’re a trusted local business backed by the Synergy Group and Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd, combining the support of a large industrial group with the feel of a close-knit team.

About the Role
Process customer orders over the phone and via email
Prepare quotes and respond to pricing and product enquiries
Support the sales team with major customers and project orders
Serve customers at the trade counter
Build relationships with regular customers
Assist with occasional local deliveries when required

You’ll Ideally Bring
Previous sales, customer service or retail experience
Confidence dealing with trade customers and understanding what they need
The ability to process information quickly and work accurately




Positive computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
A robust work ethic and willingness to help across the branch
A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights

Construction, industrial or trade industry experience is an advantage, but isn’t essential. A forklift licence would also be beneficial.
