Hospitality Operations Manager 12-month Contract

This is a fantastic prospect to step into a leadership role overseeing multiple hospitality venues, driving commercial performance, customer experience, team capability and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing venue management teams.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer experience outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, HR and Leadership.
Deliver venue activations and brand experiences that engage consumers and communities.
Ensure operational excellence, compliance and safety standards are maintained.

About You
Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Solid people leader with experience coaching and developing teams.
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and business performance.
Excellent communicator who can build solid relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
Experience in multi-site operations or hospitality management will be highly regarded.
