About the Role:

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant - New Business who can leverage their hands‑on industry experience to manage key client relationships, deliver excellent service, and grow accounts. Prior recruitment experience is not required - we have the internal infrastructure to execute the technical part of recruitment end to end.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the blue‑collar sector.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues.
Identify opportunities for account growth and improvements in staffing solutions.
Manage the end to end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, compliance and deployment.
Attend site visits and maintain a robust connection with client operations.

What You'll Need:
Recruitment experience is a mandatory requirement.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
Experience working in the blue‑collar industry (e.g. construction, logistics, manufacturing).
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Willingness to learn our service delivery model.
A valid driver's license.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing, medical checks, and a criminal history check.
