Access to Care in Bankstown is hiring a full time Community Support Worker to provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants. Reporting to the Community Support Coordinator and Director, you will deliver person-centred care and support to assist clients in achieving independence and wellbeing.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an NDIS setting and relevant qualifications, with a focus on empathetic, organised, and client-centred service delivery.
