Role details The Moranbah Hospital is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse/Midwife (Community) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity The Clinical Midwife provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure patient-focused evidence-based nursing/midwifery care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of patient care and provides leadership and support to other nursing/midwifery staff within the Moranbah Hospital.
About the Team
The Moranbah Hospital offers an all-risk midwifery caseload model of care. Providing a culturally appropriate maternity service for antenatal, intrapartum (with imminent birth) and postnatal care for all pregnant women within the Moranbah community, which incorporates both outpatient and home visit appointments.
This care model strives toward shared responsibility between each woman and the midwife recognising the importance of continuity of care for all women as a priority
