With rapid growth continuing across Greater Geelong, the Colliers team is looking for our next superstar to train in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team in our central Geelong office.

Building on our recent momentum, you’ll work closely with experienced advisors to learn the industry from the ground up while helping us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

What you can expect:
Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday hours—no weekend work required.
Hands-on Experience: Assist across the full lifecycle of commercial sales and leasing, from sourcing and listing to negotiating and closing deals.
Relationship Building: Cultivate, nurture, and maintain solid connections with key account clients to build a solid market presence across Geelong.
Pipeline & Market Strategy: Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and tenants while sharing market knowledge and insights.
Marketing Coordination: Partner with our Marketing team to organise signboards, brochures, digital advertising, Information Memorandums and video assets.
Property Operations: Conduct client inspections and assist with day-to-day listing management.
