As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced specialists on a diverse range of land development projects, helping shape residential communities, industrial precincts, commercial developments, and urban infrastructure across Australia.

From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience in civil design, site grading, stormwater drainage, earthworks, roads, and utility servicing while developing your technical skills and industry knowledge through mentorship and structured learning opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the design and delivery of land development projects
Preparing civil engineering drawings and design documentation
Contributing to road, drainage, earthworks and utility design
Supporting project teams with technical analysis and reporting
Collaborating with planners, surveyors, environmental specialists and engineers
Participating in site inspections and client meetings
