As part of our growing team, we are currently seeking passionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join us on a full-time basis.
Position Overview
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in their daily living activities, community participation, and personal development. The role requires a compassionate, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting clients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
· Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation and household tasks.
· Support clients in community access and social activities.
· Implement individualised care plans tailored to the client's needs.
· Administer medications and assist with therapy-based activities where required.
· Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with NDIS and workplace safety regulations.
· Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and team members.
Qualification & Experience
Essential Criteria
· Minimum 12 months of relevant work experience in disability, aged care, or community support.
· Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
· Current First Aid and CPR certification.
· Manual Handling Training preferred.
· NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
· Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
· Ability to work versatile schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Desirable Criteria
· Experience working with individuals with high needs, mental health challenges, or complex behaviours.
· Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and NDIS frameworks.
