The chance
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Cairns-based team and take ownership of our commercial agreements. You will manage the full lifecycle of the contracts that keep our business running.

Key responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, variations and supplementary agreements
Maintain the company’s contract register and filing system
Monitor contract performance and identify risks or compliance issues




Coordinate internal approvals and manage contract execution documentation
Prepare regular contract status reports for management
Ensure all agreements align with company policy and applicable requirements

What you will bring
At least 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field
Sound understanding of commercial agreement structures and contracting principles
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently
Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems
A supportive, close-knit team culture
