About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity has come about for vocationally registered doctors who are interested in a salaried GP role in central QLD. A mixed billing practice with a full time practice nurse, physiotherapist and occupational therapist located in a very secure, peaceful town with minimal crime and need for security measures is needing fellowed GPs who are able to work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with the capacity to be on-call as well. You will be part of a close-knit community with lots of young kids and working professionals and have access to fully furnished shared accommodation for the duration of your service to the practice and local area. The practice has agreements in place with the coal mine so the occasional coal worker health assessment will be required, if you are appointed on a permanent basis then your EMO training will be paid for. Essential Criteria:
MBBS or equivalent
Must have a current and valid AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
FRACGP qualified
Positive team player
