Life Without Barriers Geelong is seeking two experienced Therapeutic Residential Care House Managers to lead a home for young people. You will mentor a team of residential workers, apply a trauma-informed approach, and ensure a protected, supportive workplace.

This permanent full time role emphasizes crisis intervention, strong collaboration with services, roster management, and ongoing learning. Eligible candidates will have Child, Youth and Family Intervention qualifications and Senior First Aid.
