Umbrella Club is seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to support and maintain SAP settings with a strong focus on stability, incident management, troubleshooting and operational excellence.

You will deliver high-quality SAP BASIS operations, troubleshoot critical incidents, and lead incident and problem management while coordinating with ECS and other technical teams to drive improvements and knowledge sharing. A customer-focused, rapid-paced setting is expected.
