MASP, based in Dareton, NSW, seeks a Senior Worker to lead the Housing Access and Family Safety team within the Homeless Support program. You will supervise staff, manage high-risk caseloads, and drive cross‑sector collaboration to improve outcomes for vulnerable clients in our community.

The role requires solid leadership, experience with housing access and family safety, and a commitment to child-protected operations across Victoria and NSW frameworks. Eligibility to work in Australia is required.
