Senior Business Development Manager. Salary: $150k-$170k base + super + commission. Location: Sydney Hybrid - 3 days in office.

Salt is partnering with an established membership-based software business to hire for a Business Development Manager to drive pipeline generation and close current B2B partnerships and deals across Australia. This role focuses on securing recent logos and winning new partnerships with membership organisations. You'll own the full sales process from cold outreach through to close, before handing over to a dedicated Customer Success function for onboarding.

What you'll be doing
Prospecting and cold calling to identify decision-makers
Booking and delivering meetings and presentations
Closing new partnership deals and handing over post-sale
Attending events to attract new logos
Managing a structured pipeline with long sales cycles (up to 6+ months)





What we're looking for
Proven BDM or Partnerships experience, ideally within member perks or selling into government or similar organisations
3+ years' hunter/new business experience in software/SaaS
Solid track record and ability to hit or exceed sales targets
Sydney-based preferred
Friendly, collaborative, and comfortable working in a growing team
