Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing operation in the South West of WA. The role is a senior leadership position based on a day-shift, Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on improving plant reliability and minimising downtime.
You will oversee the maintenance function, lead a skilled team, manage budgets and contractors, and drive continuous improvement across the site. Relocation support may be available for permanent residents.
